President Rodrigo Duterte angrily scolded the 228 police scalawags of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) - Philippine National Police (PNP) when they were gathered at the Malacañang on Tuesday, February 7.
President Duterte commanded the erring cops to stay in place as punishment and could not helped himself from cursing at them in his rage.
“Linisin ninyo Pasig river. Inumin ninyo kasi madumi,” said the furious Commander-in-Chief adding that he wants to throw these cops into the Pasig river.
Duterte also slammed the police scalawags — whom he tagged as the “most dangerous criminals” — for trying to illegally earn extra income.
He said cops were given funds to buy drugs as part of buy-bust ops but unfortunately pocketed money.
The President then ordered the deployment of the erring cops to Mindanao, either in Sulu, Tawi-tawi, or Basilan.
“Prepare to move out. I’ll give you two weeks, 15 days,” said Duterte.
He then left the policemen in formation to proceed to the scheduled Cabinet meeting today, but not without warning them: "Huwag kayong kikilos dyan, kung hindi, sipain ko kayo".
