The unidentified caller has been repeatedly making 911 prank calls as shown in the video and made fun of the 911 operators.

911 emergency hotline was activated at exactly 12 midnight on August 1, 2016 to take emergency calls from all Filipinos nationwide.

As reported, 911 received 304 prank calls on the launching day of emergency hotline number.

PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa condemns these kinds of calls and said that he will jail prank callers and vowed to trace them real soon.

These prank calls also pushed Senator Dick Gordon to pass a bill for sim card registration.
